What this covers
This policy describes what Refinely Human collects when you create an account, use the humanizer or free tools, or pay for a plan.
Account information
Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. If you use email and password, we receive your email address and a hashed password stored by Firebase. If you continue with Google, we receive the basic profile Google shares for that sign-in, such as your name, email, and profile photo.
Your plan, remaining words, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers are stored on your account so the app can enforce limits and billing.
Text you submit
Text you paste into the humanizer or a free tool is sent to our servers so we can return a result. We do not write that text into our own database, and we do not use it to train a model.
To produce the result, the text is passed to the provider that runs the rewrite or the free-tool check. Those providers process it for that request. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or other secrets.
Payments
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go to Stripe, not to our servers. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers we need to know which plan is active.
Usage and analytics
We store how many words your account has used so we can apply your plan limits. The site also uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate page views. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records stay while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and the records we hold for it. Text from a humanize or tool request is not retained by us after the response is sent.
